lake Bracciano wedding
They say all roads lead to Rome. Well, sometimes they take a little turn and you end up at a wedding destination on the shore of Lake Bracciano.
This was not my first Italian wedding and yet I couldn’t had been more excited about it. Italy must be one of my favourite destinations in the whole world. I could hardly wait to get to Rome and meet my new friends. I had a good feeling about the lake bracciano wedding.
The bride is a reporter at the Vogue Italia magazine so she had a pretty clear idea of what sort of styling she wanted for her “I do day”. I have to say, with a gentle wreath on her head, her hair let down and a lacy wedding dress she looked like a romantic vision of a Roman goddess. But what she wore best was her smile. Even from a far you knew that this was the happiest day of her life. The newlyweds’ love and happiness rubbed off on all the guests. I guess you could say that love was in the air.
After the ceremony in an old, charming church, the party moved to Tenuta di Polline, where the reception was held. Now, this is a truly magical place with rich history and breath-taking, unspoiled nature. With the enchanting sunsets glistening over the lake, it is probably one of the most popular Italian wedding locations ever. In this romantic and chic atmosphere, the guests relaxed and enjoyed the party. The setting was neatly decorated and it was obvious that Laura Bravi paid attention to details – everything looked absolutely fabulous.
I enjoyed every moment of my new Italian wedding adventure and I realised that the butterflies I felt in the beginning, were telling me that this is going to be a wonderful voyage. I feel grateful to have been a part of this love story. Grazie! If you want to see more from italy click here.
